great furnishing balcony view comfy bed

I found the room size and furnishings really good. the balcony view added a great touch. i also appreciated the comfy bed. Although, i did order new pillows from the pillow menu to suit my preference.

the noise from music played in the casino bar was audible in my room, slightly disruptive.

friendly staff efficient staff great view unserviced room strong smell worse headache

The staff was very friendly and efficient at the Convention Centre. I also really appreciated the access. The location allow for great views. The room size was also good.

I am saddened that the room wasn't serviced. I had the 'please make up' sign on the door. This happened from 11 to 18. I paid for a spa room. The room was very smelly and made my headache worse. I asked to move and they did help.
